We dined at the Glass Boat Restaurant in Bristol on a beautiful
summers evening. Our table was at the back of the boat overlooking the river
where we watched the taxi barges going up and down and the swans meandering
around. The staff were great and the food sublime. The chicken breast
stuffed with braised oxtail just melted in the mouth and the confit of belly
pork was just fabulous. I would recommend the pastry chef's selection for
desert to share. A wonderful dining experience.
