  • Asparagus and spinach soup with poached egg
  • Spring salad of minted garden peas & broad beans, baked ricotta and a preserved lemon dressing
  • Thai salmon fish cake with wasabi mayonnaise
  • Pork, apricot & pistachio terrine with a pear and calvados chutney, toasted homemade bread and baby herb salad
MAIN COURSES
  • Fillet of sea bass with crushed new potatoes, shaved fennel and cucumber salad and a light citrus dressing
  • Semi dried plum tomato risotto with toasted pine nuts, lemon and basil
  • Confit belly of pork with sweet onion puree, parmentiere potatoes and grain mustard jus
  • Roast corn fed chicken breast with tarragon mash and crayfish tail sauce
