  • Lightly spiced parsnip soup with coriander oil
  • Smoked haddock chowder with croutons
  • Beetroot cured gravadlax with pickled cucumber and tarragon dressing
  • Mediterranean vegetable terrine with rocket pesto
  • Smoked chicken salad with morello cherry and sherry dressing
  • Game terrine with piccalilli and brioche
  • Roquefort and green bean quiche with tomato chutney
  • Red pepper bavarois with grilled pitta and pink peppercorn dressing
MAIN COURSES
  • Roast sirloin of beef on garlic mash and red wine jus
  • Seared organic salmon with crushed new potatoes and beurre blanc
  • Gorgonzola and leek tart with red pesto dressing
  • Thai spiced chicken breast with coriander noodle salad and coconut cream sauce
