Inspired by lazy lunches around Executive Chef Freddy Bird’s kitchen table, our philosophy is simple: hearty cooking, big flavours, meats, fish, sauces, and the best steaks in Bristol.

“This is how I eat at home. Long, slow meals with the family, carving the meat at the table, usually making a mess. This isn’t fussy food. These are my favourite dishes, carefully chosen and prepared using the best ingredients.”
