Glass Boat Weddings

For many years the Glass Boat’s romantic and inspirational setting has witnessed many wedding proposals, wedding ceremonies (the Boat has a civil license), wedding receptions and anniversary celebrations.

Surrounded by swans, weeping willows and gentle waters, the Glass Boat is perfect for wedding ceremonies and receptions. We can cater for small weddings of up to 25 guests in the beautifully positioned aft section of the boat with its panoramic views of the river and historic docks. For larger weddings, we can cater for up to 100 guests in the main restaurant. And the oak-paneled lower deck with portholes provides additional space to accommodate extra evening guests, a buffet or after dinner dancing.
